By creating an account on HAM-HQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. An amateur radio license is not required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to transmit spam, harass other users, or violate any applicable law or regulation. Automated account creation, credential stuffing, and scraping are prohibited.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Service collects and stores your email address, optional amateur radio callsign, and login timestamps. For full details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. FUTURE PAID FEATURES

The Service may introduce paid features, premium tiers, or subscription plans in the future. If paid features are offered, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor. You will be notified before any charges apply and must explicitly opt in to any paid plan. Your payment information will be collected and processed by the third-party processor, not stored directly by HAM-HQ.

6. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Amateur radio propagation data, band conditions, satellite tracking, and other real-time information are provided for reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAM-HQ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
