This is a living document. The roadmap will evolve as the site does — and honestly, it'll disappear eventually. When things stabilize enough that there's nothing left to announce, this page goes away. Take it as a signal of intent, not a shipping commitment.
- DX cluster integration — live DX spots pulled into the dashboard, so you can see who's being worked right now without leaving the site.
- User customization — at minimum, persistent grid square preferences and saved settings. Possibly user accounts if there's real community uptake.
- Smarter on-air resources — more practical, utility-focused tools for the ham operator on the radio in 2026. Less reference, more workflow.
- Digital mode tools — dedicated content and tools for FT8, JS8Call, Winlink, and other digital modes. The mode guides are a start, not a destination.
- Community-driven improvements — if you're using HAM-HQ and have an idea, the Contact page is right there. Features requested more than once move up the list.
Timeline: this is getting built either way. The site exists because a few hours of work turned into something I wanted to share, and the roadmap exists because there's more I want to build. Community uptake shapes the pace and the scope — but not whether it happens.
